A hotel with three floors needs an elevator!!! Cleanliness was lacking with dust and found items left behind!!! Working outlets near the bed nonexistent!!! Requesting a room change at 2 am due to noise issues is absurd!!!

The friendly staff truly made my stay enjoyable. Maya at the front desk was particularly helpful and welcoming! I also appreciated the clean and well-maintained room, which had a nice-sized desk area perfect for working during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning was efficient, keeping the room comfortable throughout my visit.

Despite being small, the room was clean, and the amenities like in-room coffee service were nice touches. However, finding working outlets near the bed was frustrating since the ones there didn't work. It was also disappointing that the pet fee seemed excessive, especially since we were traveling with two cats. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality, but the lack of electrical outlets and the pet cost left a lot to be desired.
